The Estes Group is proud to have represented Dr. Miller in the selection of a new location and subsequent construction of a new facility in Cascade, MI. The criteria for the location was close to Dr. Miller’s existing location in a highly developed area with minimal options. Through creativity and hard work, a highly visible site was figured out and a new facility built that thrives today.

Over the years The Estes Group has been pleased to represent Drs. Brieden and Miller in a number of real estate transactions. Their new Sparta, Michigan location was a wonderful challenge requiring the purchase of a larger than required property and doing a free standing Subway on half and a multi tenant building on the other half in which they located their office. Sometimes securing the perfect location requires an open mind, flexibility and a lot of expertise.

The Estes Group is proud to have represented Drs. Mandeville and Van Wingen and their practice Northern Michigan Pediatric Dentistry, the largest Northern Michigan Pediatric Dental Practice, in acquiring a large former bank facility and the conversation into the new home of their dental practice. The project had a high degree of cool factor including the use of bank vaults in theme and décor of the space.

The transaction represented a multi tenant building providing Dr. Lueder room for future expansion as well investment real estate benefits.
Jan Manning DDS - East Bay Family Dentistry
The Estes Group is proud to have been part of the team that developed a creative solution to a challenge that Dr. Manning had for some time. Dr. Manning’s thriving practice had out grown the building she owned across the street from the beautiful East Bay of Grand Traverse Bay in Traverse City. Her East Bay Dentistry practice could not be closed for an extended period of time for a “normal” construction process nor did she want to relocate from the beautiful water views of Grand Traverse Bay. Working with Rockford Construction, The Estes Group developed a plan to construct a high quality modular dental building in two sections. The site work was done around the existing building and then over a period of a few short days, the existing building was removed and the new building was craned onto the site and assembled. The plan delivered a dream Dr. Manning had for a new building on her beloved Grand Traverse Bay site.
